• All prices shown are inclusive of GST and are in New Zealand Dollars.
• The flower varieties used in your design may vary according to the season and availability. We reserve the right to match flowers with material of the same or greater value.
• All customer details are kept strictly confidential. Your credit card details are sent securely directly to our payment provider and are never stored or seen by us. 
• Blanc Flowers is a New Zealand owned business for trading and registration purposes.

Cancellation/Refund 

• If you wish to cancel an order we will require 24 hours notice. 48 hours notice if you have requested specific items. 
• We always ensure to deliver the freshest flowers to your door with the highest standard of service. With regrets fresh produce can sometimes be affected by the elements but we will always endeavour to put this right for you. If you are not happy with your purchased product, please first ensure that you have followed all of the care instructions received, keep the flowers for us to see and contact us to discuss a refund or replacement.
• To exchange produce or receive a refund we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
• Confirmation of agreement with the terms and conditions upon purchase

• Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
• We maintain an encryption certification for our website to ensure your credit card details are used safely. 
• Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped.
